The basic equipment
LENNIX® Pro in its basic configuration consists of an industrial PC that receives, modulates and outputs the crane operator's driving signals.

In order to also take external influences such as wind or oblique pull into account, a camera attached to the cat continuously recognizes the position of the load and thus corrects the mathematical model of pendulum damping.

For situations in which few external influences are to be expected, or in which a camera is impracticable, it is possible to let only the mathematical model work.
With AI — gripper recognition
Especially for gripper cranes on which a reflector cannot be mounted, we have the option of ensuring the position of the gripper with the help of image recognition.

In addition to damping the load in the direction of the trolley and crane, LENNIX® Pro can also compensate for slewing gear sway.

It is important that the crane has a slewing mechanism. Here, too, there are the options with camera and without camera.

LENNIX® Pro monitors the distance to the neighboring crane and helps avoid collisions.
Collision avoidance with obstacles
LENNIX® Pro monitors the crane operator's control signals. If the operator is in danger of driving into an obstacle in the hall layout, the system intervenes carefully. Dynamic obstacles, such as vehicles in the work area, can also be switched on and off.
Smart Activation - for the self-determined crane driver
If one of your crane operators prefers to drive without sway control, we can run collision protection in the background so that it intervenes as soon as danger is detected.

Repetitive moves at the push of a button.
Semi-automatic operation
In addition to the hall layout, important positions can be saved with LENNIX® Pro. For example, repetitive trips, such as equipping presses with tools or unloading bulk material into designated bunkers, can be carried out automatically at the push of a button. LENNIX® Pro takes care of finding the most efficient route and avoiding obstacles.

Fully automatic operation
If the crane's tasks are so repetitive that no one is needed anymore to monitor them, the positions can also be specified by a higher-level system and LENNIX® Pro then controls the crane fully automatically. Especially with coil cranes, this system has already proven effective and results in availability of up to 95%.
Oscillating damping is a prerequisite for automating your crane.

It is not only the oscillating of the load that is undesirable. Even if the supports of gantry cranes do not run parallel to the rails or to each other, it has unpleasant effects, such as increased wear and wedging of the crane. LENNIX® Pro can also help here.

Lane control ensures that the crane runs in the middle and straight on the rail. The inductive sensor on the crane constantly determines the relative position of the rails to the crane. As soon as a sensor detects a deviation of the rail from the optimum, readjustment is carried out.

Synchronization Control — The Synchronized Dancer
Synchronization control monitors the position of the supports relative to each other. A camera looks from one support to another support, where a reflector is mounted. If one of the other's supports runs away, their speed is slightly reduced and that of the other is increased until the supports are parallel again.
